1. What Trshy is
Trshy is an anonymous feed for short words and hand-drawn notes from people around you. By creating an account or posting, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You need to be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete your account inside the app at any time.
3. What you may not post
No illegal content. No threats, harassment, or hate. No posting other people's personal information. No sexual content involving minors, ever. No spam, scams, or ads. Anonymity is for saying your word safely, not for hurting someone else's.
4. Moderation
Posts may be screened automatically before they appear, and a rejected post is discarded without being stored. If something harmful gets through, we may remove it and suspend or close the account behind it. Anonymity to the public does not put an account beyond the rules.
5. Your words stay yours
You keep the rights to what you write and draw. You give Trshy only the permission needed to run the service: to store your post in encrypted form, show it on the feed you posted it to, and process it for safety screening.
6. The feed is a moment
Posts leave the feed within about a day. Leaving the feed is not deletion; how content is stored is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. The service, as it is
Trshy is provided as-is. Features may change, pause, or end as the service grows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what users post or for losses caused by using the service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes are handled by Thai courts, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
9. Changes
When these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be announced in the app.
